Received my Isinwheel U7 a few days ago. So far, I am very happy with the purchase. Everything has been great. Ordering was easy, shipment came quickly, the assembly was very quick and easy. Initial impression of riding is that the bike has lots of torque and is just what I was looking for. For reference I am 6’1” and weigh about 230lbs. I had some reservations about the power that an E-bike might have, but this bike is awesome!

The world is sometimes in sync with logistics and someone is doing their job on your end folks, because I ordered a u7 from u direct and my girlfriend ordered the u4 from best buy and both arrived together safe and undamaged together. Bravo to a job well done . As for the bikes themselves we have had a snow storm that has hampered our ability to ride them so we have charged them and inflated tires to proper levels . new helmets r sitting on the new seats waiting to b strapped on and ride the trails this summer . Will update our adventure later . Peace JCB.

Just the front lamp could not go through the opening of the front rack. Other than that, everything else was OK.

Service and product arrived as described. Everything is working out very well. Service was extraordinary.

Ayant des problèmes avec une hanche, je voulais un vélo facile à embarquer. Comme je suis grand, (6 pieds 3). J’avais un peu peur pour la hauteur du siège, mais au final j’adore mon vélo. J’ai enfin été capable de refaire du vélo 😊
