1.Which countries can be delivered?
All the iSinwheel products can be delivered to Canada.
2.How much is the shipping cost? How long will my product be delivered?

3.When does my order will be proceed?
ā Orders placed on Monday to Friday, Your item will be shipped out within 24 hours.

4.Order Cancellation:
(1)Customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days.
(2)You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped.
(3)Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.
5.Delivery Time:
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number through the Carrierās website for your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the time the order is placed.
6.Tracking Packages:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.
7.How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email from us with the corresponding order inquiry method and order tracking. You can check your order progress at any time.
