isinwheel U2 Electric Cruiser Bike

We now own two of the U2 bikes and love the seating position, the lighting and propulsion system of the bikes. They were very easy to put together and look great. The only negative is that sometimes my foot hits the back of the front fender when turning while pedalling. Great customer service.

There customer service was very helpful and replied to my concerns very quickly. I live in Canada and we have snow here,can't wait to ride my new bike.

I was thinking about getting an ebike for months and when I finally chose this one I did not regret my choice. I'm just under 5'2" and this U2 is the perfect fit for me.

I've been through some health issues and am pushing 60 yrs and I wanted something I could pick up in the event I dropped it. Of course, on my first ride out, I did tumble but I was indeed able to pick this ebike back up, without any trouble!

Gorgeous bike, well built, nice shifting, smooth and comfortable ride, the motor kicks in when I want it to and at the right amount of power I want as I still enjoy peddling, but having the help goes a long way to make bicycling once again enjoyable for me. Especially with hills or when I get tired. Terrific battery life, it barely needs charging when I've come back from my rides.

And I have to mention that Customer Service is wonderful. Using the online email feature I have always gotten a response to any questions I had before and after I placed my order, as I had one minor issue to do with part of my order that they looked after straight away.

If you're having difficulty choosing an ebike I can honestly say you can't go wrong with this Isinwheel U2 ebike!

Good product for reasonable price

I'm 83 years of age, and I bought this bike in late January, mostly to use with my RV. Because of our climate, I didn't get to use it until May. It turned out to be perfect for me, easy to ride, comfortable, with more than adequate range. Unfortunately I only got to use it for a few months until some *#@** broke into my storage shed and stole it. Oh well, at least I still have the battery.

Wonderful bike! I had an issue with the seat and had to contact the company. They responded quite quickly and sent me the replacement pieces. Great customer service! I love my bike! It’s perfect for my injured knees. The horn is quite obnoxious but it makes me laugh.

J’ai acheté ce vélo pour ma conjointe qui voulais faire de longues randonnée pour explorer la ville et ces parcs naturel. Elle voulais un vélo avec un certain esthétisme (le guidons pas trop courbé et du cuir brun). Elle a adoré ce vélo. En plus il y a un espace à l’arrière pour installer du rangement et un espace à l’avant pour installer un panier. Le banc est confortable.

La batterie est très durable, plusieurs heures à 20-25 km/h. Le chargement est rapide et facile. La batterie s’enlève facilement en soulevant le banc.

L’assemblage est rapide et simple, la plupart des outils nécessaires viennent avec.

Ce vélo est au norme pour la circulation au Canada et au Québec.

Très heureux de mon achat, le prix est un des meilleur sur le marché! Je le recommande fortement.

My bike was suppose to come in 2-7 days and were delighted when it arrived in 2 days at midday and put it together that day with the instruction manual without any issues as all parts were shipped in the large box. Happy with the quality! As well took it for a test-ride! Looking forward to many more rides!!

We recently purchased two of these e-bikes and love them. They are easy to handle, sturdy, well made bikes. The locks included are beyond expectations too..strong cable encased in rubber!
The service is great as well..quick responses to emails!

I was surprised with how good this bike is. Battery lasts more than I need, top speed of 32km/h is perfect for relaxed city commute, front and rear lights connected to the main battery is a must for safety. I use this bike to commute to work about 10km one way, it uses 1/5 of the battery one way and I charge it right in the office before commuting back. Traveling to work is employers expense now lol
