We have been looking at ebikes for quite some time, and even purchased and returned 4 from another company. Extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of this bike, amazing price point ,and beyond 5 star customer service from the staff. We have purchased 3 of the U2, and 2 of the U7. The girls seem to like the U2, while the big men in our family chose the U7. Each bike took less than an hour to assemble - very straightforward, and all tools are supplied. In over 40 years of import/export business myself, this product and company more than lives up to expectations.
The weather here has been terrible so I have not been able to get out and really try it out.
I did take it for a ride just around the block here and so far it was good to have the battery power to help me out since I have a bad leg.. That is why I chose the one with the step through frame. At 70 yrs old I still want to ride a bike and get out on the trails with my dog.
